Our office setup crystal reports (which has subreports and had to use code to pass login connection info to all tables of the reports).  The vb.net application with crystal files are installed on a Terminal Server.

When running the subreports only the Adminstrator get the resulting report successfully (without being prompted using the "sa" account in the code.)  However, another user gets prompted and when trying to enter the sa login, Crystal report viewer fails.

Can anyone offer guidance?

It turns out users accessing the subreports need explicit 'login' permission on SQL server.  I was hoping it wouldn't need it since this will now require maintenance because temps are hired.  (My other reports work fine without requiring their windows acct to be added.)

Is there another way around this?
