Absolutely you can use stored procs in a report. If you are connecting directly to the database through OLE or ODBC, just find the stored proc you want and select it. Crystal will build the parameters that you need and you can modify them as needed.
As to the excel, I don't think that you can import it, but I have never had that task so don't truly know.
