I have been attempting to develop a report that has 7 charts, currently located in the Report Header section. Each chart is sized to fit on 1 full landscape page with enough room for the page header and page footer to be present. Verified by only using one chart and both Header and footer are present.

Now as I understand it, the Page Header and Page Footer will only display while evaluating details. This cause the Page footer not appear on page 1, and both page header and footer to not appear on the following 6 pages.
I have attempted to put the charts in Group header but the results were terrible, given the nature of the data I feeding Crystal.
Chart parameters:
Horizontal - On change of (Time of Day interval) '15 minutes for the day
Vertical - sum of counts for that interval on that day ' 7 charts, 1 for each day of the week.
I have also attempted put all data on 1 chart, the results were not easy to read; for either Bar or Line graph.
