Has anyone made an income statement in crystal besides using the cross tab, to reflect by month.

 
I want to have it automatically pick the last 12 months.
 
I also need to know if anyone has used formulas for percentages in a cross tab.

you can do percentages in crosstabs. Keep an array for each column in the crosstab and use a formula to update it.

I haven't done a non-crosstab report broken down by months.
