I am trying to change my crSideBySideBarGraph to a crLineGraphWithMarkers dynamically.

Using Chart Expert, I can easily add a field from my database to the "Show Value(s)" section.
How can I add more fields from my database to the "Show Value(s)" section dynamically?

I would like to know how can I set the position of the data labels dynamically as well.

Did you figure out how to programmatically position the data labels? I am searching for that answer as well.

this is a limitation and cannot be set programmatically.
