We are in the process of upgrading 300 sites from Win 2k to XP.  In doing so a number of our Crystal Reports that we export have "broken".  We suppress lines that have a zero value, if you print the reports in either system they work fine.  When you export them as a MS Word document, the Win 2k system suppresses the zero lines, but the XP system does not.  A 2 page report now comes in as a 5 page report.
 
The software we are sujing is 10 years old and only supports Crystal report 7.0.
