I have created a chart with dual axes: the left axis relates to stacked bar data and the right axis relates to a line graph, both axes have 0 at the bottom of the chart. HOWEVER, the user requires that the 0 origin for the line graph be on the TOP of the chart, ie, the right axis must be inverted, while leaving th left axis with the 0 origin at the bottom.

Do you know a way to do this?

I found a way to do this in Crystal XI...
 
In Preview mode, click on the Right y-axis. Then Rt-click on it and select Data (Y2) Axis settings. Check the box: 'Make this a descending axis' Voila! The axis reverses and the scale 0 is at the top!
