Perhaps someone can run through the basic deployment steps.
 
Example. I have written some reports that the company has done in another tool, to do them in Crystal reports.
 
The companies who have the existing reports are clients, that use the company's software package. This is an add -on situation.
 
What must be done to get this thing live?
