Hi,

I want to add a new database field on an existing report. I updated the cursor that the procedure returns to the report, but I can't see the new field in Crystal Report.

I think that "Database -> Verify Database" should update the fields that are present in the cursor, but I get this error:
ODBC error: [Oracle][ODBC]Syntax error or access violation.

Can you help me?

I use Seagate Crystal Reports Professional, Product 7.0.1.100

Crystal can be picky about how it "sees" stored procedures.  Try going to "Set Database Location".  Create a new connection that connects to the same database as your existing connection.  Then change the location of the stored procedure to the new connection.  This should refresh the metadata so that Crystal can see the new field.
