When is the error occuring?  If it's when you load the report, the report itself may be corrupted.

How much memory is available on your machine?  How much DISK SPACE is available on the C drive? (This is where Crystal puts its temp files.)   Is your Virtual Memory swap file big enough?

Do you have "Save Data with Report" turned on?  If so, turn it off, resave the report, and try again.

Also, how are you "loading" the report?  Is this through an application you've written?  If so, what language?
