I have created a report with a parameter of VENDOR. My fields Vendor_Name has over 200 vendor names. When I select the Vendor parameter it isn't coming over with all of my vendors to select. Is there limit in the parameter and is there a way to increase the amount of data coming from a field to over to the parameter? Thank you for any help on this issue. Crystal 9.0

There was just a post on this a few days ago. I don't know about CR 9, but there are options that let you set how much data to load from the table. Look under report options. Also, I think that previous post mentioned a registry setting you can change to load more items as well. Do a search to track down that post and it should be pretty helpful.

if nothing works then i guess you can add another command using the same query but with only the column you want to be displayed in drop down. associate this  field to your main query for final filteration.
