Project help needed;
We started a project between our company and another. They run a TV commercial. Someone calls into an 800 number. Their data is entered into a system that has Crystal creating 3 forms off of their MIS system.
The files come off named:
A2009-01-26-19-53-26
B2009-01-26-19-53-26
C2009-01-26-19-53-27.

These are then sent to an FTP site that we have set up with software that polls the folder every 10 seconds.  When all works the system is great and the products print automatically.
When something goes wrong, the file names are not in a format that we can then pair up. We would like the file name to be the persons name, then other data like date/time.

We are told that this can't happen. Since the environment that the crystal is written does not belong to us, I can't make a change.

Can this be done in any other way to identify the 3 files better and always keep them together.
Thanks,
Steve
