Hi,

We're developing an asp.net application (VS 2008, C#, CR2008) to display reports via http.

These is pretty fast except the first load after not using the application for a long time. It's probably the case after the the application is not hold in the cache of the server anymore.

Any suggestions how to speed up the initial load of the crystal components on a W2k3 Server with .net 2.0 for asp.net pages?

AFAIK, there is no way to speed up the load - there are a number of assemblies that have to be loaded into memory in order to run Crystal and if they haven't been used in a while they are unloaded as part of the garbage collection process.
