How Do I Get Enterprise 9 to Work?

IIS 5.1 is up and running.
 
Report Application Server is running, but the activity window is empty
 
There are reports ready to be viewed and the SQL Server is supplying the data and it can be seen in Crystal Reports, but how do I make Enterprise sow them? Where do I put the .rpt files or shoe Enterprise where they are?
 
I can't get the web home page up, and then I think upload the report files... I've used version XI, but not this version 9. Can anyone tell me?

This shoud launch CMC crystal Management Console,I am using CE10 you can change enterprise10 to enterprise9....... Once launched you will need username password to login
 
Default is Administrator with no password.....
