Hi,
 
I have developed an ASP.NET application that includes crystal reports.  The reports are created in Crystal Reports 2008.  On the development environment the reports run with no problem.  However running the report on the test environment results in a "The device is not ready" Crystal Reports error at CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ClientDoc.ReportClientDocumentClass.Open.
 
Any ideas what is causing this?  The Crystal Reports runtime is installed.
