Group 1:  Part Number

 Details a - includes master part data, plus includes lot numbers and quantities per lot
Details b - includes job numbers and job detail for that part number
Details c - includes purchase order data for that part number
Details d - includes sales order information for that part number
 
The way it is printing right now is: a, b, c, d, a, b, c, d.  Which means that some data repeats because of how it's printing.
 
What I would like to see is: a, a, a, a, b, b, b, b, c, c, c, c (etc)
 
Is there a way to do this?

Seems like there should be, but you likely need to know more about databases and general development to accomplish what you are trying. you could maybe upload a copy of your report, or send me a private message.

To keep all the data together, you need subreports. Create a subreport for the 'a' data and put it in the first Details A section. Then create a report in the Details B section and put it in the Details B section. Etc. Link all the subreports to the main report using the grouping field.
