I really need to know what are the things we should consider while converting Crystal V9 to XI, Pls. let me know it will be a great help.

The conversion should be very smooth.  I have not heard of any problems when converting from 9 to XI as the format of the report document is the same.  There are some issues with earlier versions, though.
