but is there any ways for me to change my layout of my report. i tired to change by file and page setup but the 'landscape' button is unable...
what should i do because i have large number of columns...

You say the Landscape button is disabled? I haven't seen that one before. Not unless the report doesn't support it. Have you tried uninstalling the printer driver and re-installing it? It might be corrupt. Also try using the 'No Printer' option so that the report isn't custom fitted to a particular printer driver. That helps a lot of times.

I had that problem
I dont know if you already fixed
 
but this is my solution
 
1. Open the Crystak Reports XI
2. Go to "File > Page Setup..." option.
2.1 The Landscape option is disabled!! Dead
3. Go to the "Printer..." button, below, in the "Printer Options" Group
4. Select a different printer, instead of the one that is already selected. (possibly is selected the Image Writer)
5. Press OK (closing printer options)
6. Press OK (closing page setup)
7. Open Again the "File > Page Setup..." option
 
The Landscape option should be enabled!! Clap
