Hi All,

 
I am developing a web application using Visual C#.net, CR11. In my web application I am displaying pie charts, bar charts. cross tab charts.
In browser it looks fine. Even I can drill down the charts.
 
Problem: If I want to print the web page using javascript:window.print() or using browser 'print'  icon. the charts are not displaying.
But I can able to print the text.
I am unable to print the charts. It was showing blank.
I cannot see those charts in 'Print Preview' also.
 
gurus, please help me .. How to resove this issue.

What about trying different browsers? I've had things that can print in IE but not in Firefox.

I'm thinking this is probably a CR bug. Have you downloaded their service packs to see if they've addressed it lately?

thanks for your reply.
I have not tried with another browser.
Here the application supports only IE.
 
And I have not downloaded any service packs.
 
From where can I download their service packs?
