I have 'sum' subtotal, and total formulas in crystal. When I export to Excel, all those formulas turns into fixed number. I would like to export the data as is with formulas. Can you I get some help to do this please. Thank you. Replies: Posted By: kevlray Date Posted: 08 Nov 2018 at 4:11am Not possible for any export for Crystal Reports.  For one thing the formula sum in Crystal Reports would not translate properly into Excel.  The closest you could  do is create a text box with the 'formula' in text form.  Of course Excel would probably still treat it as a string.
