How can I return only the 5 most recent transactions (or up to 5 if less than that) for each item#/tag#/transaction type combinations? Replies: Posted By: kevlray Date Posted: 24 May 2018 at 5:44am If you are grouping you can filter by the top 5.  Not sure what you would determine as the top 5.  Also if the data source is a SQL and you are using a command.  You can also use the TOP in the Select statement.
