Hello,
I have an address text box, and inside it there are the company name field, address 1, 2, 3, and city, zip, state.

here:

in most companies, there is no data in address 2 and 3, and it shows as a space and i don't want that

also i cant eliminate those two fields from the text box because some other companies have that and the address won't be complete.

I want to suppress those two lines if there's no data. How do i do that?

Thanks..

depending on what version you are using the easiest way is:
right click on the text field
select Format Text
select Common Tab
check 'Suppress Embedded Field Blank Lines' as True
