The reports we have created using the GP data from our older version still work but we are unable to connect to GP when we try to create a new reports. My boss is reasonably content to open an old report and modify it but I would like to resolve the issue. Any suggestions? Are you on the original version of XI (version 11.0.x) or XI r2 (version 11.5.x)? If you're on the original version you should upgrade to the last SP that was available. If that doesn't allow you to connect, I suspect you'll need to upgrade to the latest version of Crystal.
