Hi,

Here is my report design view and the second screenshot shows the export to excel (Columns).

In my second screenshot, there is blank columns after each column with data. What settings/formatting I need to do in crystal report to exclude those blank columns?

Sorry, I am not able to attach my screenshots, can someone guide me. I am new to this forum.

For posting Pic please read  "Can I post images? " in help topic of this forum.
 
   Blank columns appears because the formatting is not proper. Use grid and guidelines to format your fields. Always use align to grid for the fields.
