I have only one table,name customer , how do i show the customer name in report. and each record should be showing line by line, I need line between each record

You need to create a group based on the Customer Id. Then in the details section list the customer information. This should give you what you want. Chapter 3 of my book covers how to sort and group data in great detail with many tutorials that walk you through different scenarios.

i have done the above steps but more spaces between every record how can i reduce the space

You can use the mouse the change the height of the Details section. Just put it on the bottom edge of the detail section and when the cursor changes, drag it to make it smaller.
