Hello,

I have data like this

Dept ID    CSN
100          1111
100          2222
100          3333
100          4444
100          5555
200          0000
200          6666
200          7777

I grouped it by Dept ID, However when I export this data into excel it should look like this:

       Dept ID     CSN
Line1   100          1111
                         2222
                         3333
                         4444
                         5555
Line2   200          0000
                         6666
                         7777

basically what I am looking for is when I export the data into excel CSN data should be in a single cell associated to dept ID. dept id

yeah, you would think that CR would better with exporting...what I have found is that you have to exacting in lining up all the cells and making them the same width, and then CR is usually pretty good about lining them up as desired.

If you need data like this After grouping Dept Id, Supress the values if duplicate in format field. With this the duplicate records wont display in your exported excel.
