Hello All,

Hope all is going well.

Im facing a problem with my report. I am using Sage 50 Pro 2013 to make invoices/quotes but i was surprised that the total amount in numbers, cannot be written in words.

So, a crystal report designer made me a report to export all infos from sage 50 and from the report itself it displays the amount number in words.

Now, all is great except for one problem, the report does not export and show the invoice made in Sage 50 as it is, it rather sorts the items by ascending or descending order, and i want it to show it as it is!

i don't use grouping, its only about the sorting, i don't want to sort it numerically or alphabetically, i just want to show it as it is on sage 50.

Any help please? i can email you the report if necessary. please advise.

is there a grouping on the report. if so, go to 'change group' and set the order to original order, or something like that...it should be obvious when you look at the options.

at least that is the first thing that I would do. The other would be to inspect the data and see if it is coming out in a sorted order or not.

Hello,

Thanks for replying.

There is no grouping in the report. And when i checked from "Sort Expert", none of the fields is added to be ordered in ascending or descending order and yet it still comes out in a different order than the original one in the invoice i make on Sage 50 software
