Hi! I've developed some reports using CR XI and now I was asked to present them to end user in a Windows interface where the user could pass parameters to the reports (dates, labels, etc).
 I'll try to do it in .NET but I don't know if this interface could be developed using the trial version VB 2005 Express Edition here

or I'll have to buy some other Visual Studio .NET  development tool, I thought starting with a trial version and if it's ok then buy some other but don't know how to start

Unfortunately the trial version don't have the Crystal Reports components. You have to get the Visual Studio Professional version at a minimum.
