Hello All;
First of all, Excuse me for my bad english :)
 
I Have A report from access DB. From 1 week ago, suddenly My Report get Two additional Record.
 
in all of my reports this two record shown.
 
so, i remove this records from my Database. But dont remove from my Reports !
 
This two record always showed in ID 1 and 2 !
 
is like This :
 
 
ID               Name               Family
1                 Joe                  x
1                 Mark                y
2                 Steev               h
2                 Mark                y
3
4              --Other is Good--
6
 
 
 
Plaese Help Me ....

Dear arminkhodaei :

First: you should proud yourself because you try to speak English, no matter how is your English the most important thing is that you are try.

Second: what edit ever you do on crystal report does not influence your data base that is why when you delete those rows in your database it is not deleted on your report,

Third: you can solve this problem in a very simple way.

Forth: Right click on name field -> format field ->select common tab -> chose suppress then click on X-2 , write this code:

{Name}='Mark'
then press OK.


do this again for Family field.
