My company has just created a new system using Remedy
They have asked me to create some crystal reports for them.
How can users launch crystal reports I've created
 
Crystal Viewer licenses? or is there a cheaper alternative?
Or something I just don't know about?

There are various options for deploying Crystal Reports. The standard way is to get Crystal licenses (price changes depending upon version and quantity purchased). If you know how to program, you can build a web interface, but this is much more complicated than simply buying the licenses. There are also third party products that do this, but I haven't used any of them personally.

One of the best places for finding all sorts of third-party software for use with Crystal is http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html - http://www.kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html .  Some of the stuff that's listed on the site is shareware and a lot of it is fairly inexpensive.
