We haven't, however, been able to make any of the reports viewable through IE8. When a report is requested through the website, CR generates this error message through the browser: CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server. -2147189166 : Failed to retrieve data from the database. Details: [Database Vendor Code: 3621 ] Is this a problem from our end (the firewall, possibly), or is this a database server problem that the web service company needs to address? Are these enough specifics for a diagnosis?
