When I try to open a report with many columns multiple windows open depending on the amount of columns. I am trying to open these in a .NET application. Is this a Crystal Reports problem or a problem with the .NET application?

hmmmmm...
 
I don't have any reports with multiple columns in crystal, but I would check how the app is viewing the report.  I would also check how the report displays in the report design environment.
