I am running Crytal Reports 2008 Ver. 12.3.0.601

When I establish a new DB connection to my Oracle 11g DB using the Oracle Server Data Source I provide the Service, UserID, an Password and the connection is successful.  However every time I open Crystal and attempt to expand the newly created Oracle connection it prompts me for the password.  I know with ODBC I can use a Connection String to pass the password on thru however how can I keep from getting prompted everytime with Native?

You can't if you're running the report inside of Crystal itself.   And even if you use an ODBC connection, I believe that Crystal will still ask for a password.

So when I publish this report to the Crystal Reports Server will it still prompt me for the password?

After you publish the report, log in to the CMC and go to the report you just published.  Right-click on it and select "Database Configuration".  There you can set the password for the connection.  At the bottom of the screen under the "When viewing report:" options select "Use same database logon as when report is run".
