Can someone explain to me why when i browse a field in a table i do not see all the data that is in the table in the sql server?

Example i have student id's.  I only see a handful in the crystal report when i browse.  I only used one table to keep it simple in case i was doing a linking incorrect.

Suggestions?

Shawn

There is a limit on how many records are brought through when you browse data or use the drop-down in the Select Expert.  I think the limit is 256 records and then it only displays the unique values from that 256.  However, there is a registry setting that you can use to increase the record count.
