Repeating column headings on new page

I have a report that is grouped just once, by salesperson. I have headings in the group 1 header, followed by information in the details section. This works nicely, but I would like to repeat the headers on any new page where the group hasn't changed, so that the information on the new page has those headers to identify the information. I can't just put the headers in the page header, though, because if a new group starts at the beginning of a page, I wouldn't need them there, and I don't want them on the first page.
Any ideas?

go into group expert
select the group you want to repeat headers on
click on options
click on options tab
mark 'Repeat Group HEader on Each Page' as True
