However, one table does not contain the same formatting schema as the other. i.e. mailto:JSmith@blah.com - JSmith@blah.com in table A and mailto:JSmith@blah.com - JSmith@blah.com in table B. How can I join these tables to include the results for both jsmith records ignoring the case?
