Subject: Setting the path of an image dynamically

Hi All,

I need to add an image to my report whose path needs to be given dynamically.

To achive it ,what I did was I added an image to the report from my local drive. Then on the report I right-clicked upon the image ,selected format graphich from th epop-up displayed. Then on the the menu that opened clicked upon picture tab. There I clicked upon the button avaliable near Graphic location. In the formula editor window that was displayed, I used and a parameter and file name like this - {?IMAGES_DIR} & "header.gif" wherw IMAGES_DIR is a parameter and the header.gif the name of the image to be displayed.

Now when I run the report, it prompts for the parameter where I give the path of the image file.

However this isnt working.Irrespective of the path given, the image displayed is the same one which I embedded from my local drivethe first time.

Please help me out. I think image path is not getting set.

Thanks but it didnt work.

I gave the location and filename of a jpg image in the graphic location editor but it still continues to display the old image(the image which I inserted for the first time).

Is there any other place where path is set?
