which environment?  I have heard that CR XI will not run on Windows 7 period.  Needs to be targeted as x86 as well...I don't it runs in 64 bit mode...but I am sure that there many more out there with more info/knowledge than me.

We have run CR 2008 on a Windows Server 2008 64bit box.  You have to use the 32 bit ODBC drivers.  I do not much more than that.
