Reports are kept in IIS and called through classic ASP. CR version is 8.5

In my pc and network the preview and prints are appearing properly.

But in the client's PCs the fileds are exceeding the borders and most often the last column will be in the paper margin and only half of it is printed. This problem is occuring for all the reports now.

I checked with the Printing Preferences of the server.It is set to papersize A4.

How to resolve the issue? Please assist...
