hi..  i have two reports... 1st report is for regular employee and 2nd report is for project employee... i use crosstab table to show this data's... i want  to display the sum of grand totals of my 1st and 2nd report to obtain the sum of employees... is this possible? thanks

well, it's possible, but not by having 1 report read another.  More than likely, there is a simpler way than the complete cross tabs to determine the number that you are looking for (after all, cross tabs just break out the data for easier viewing/disecting).  You could create a subreport that mimics the calculation, and then you could use that to create your final sum.
