Hey All

I'm attempting to troubleshoot a problem where having with Crystal Reports XI. It's seems that Crystal Reports is duplicating the data that it pulls out of our time entry system, so our customers are getting billed for double the time. The interesting thing is that up until last week it all worked fine, and I'm sure that nothing has changed on the server.

I'm new to Crystal Reports and not sure what I should be looking for, but I can tell you that the data for this report is pulled from a Notes DB using the NotesSQL driver.

If could tell me where to start my investigation, it would be much appreiated.

Thanks

Hi

Do you have snapshot of last report which was genereated ,Check to see what has changed, since then...

I would start with Data i.e check for Joins on tables.....

Check for filters in your report. record selection ,group selection formulas.....

Cheers

Rahul

One other thing you can do is in the report itself go to the Database menu and turn on "Perform Grouping on Server" and "Select Distinct Records".

This helps in most, but not all, cases of duplicate data.
