Hello --

I am using CR XI and I have an ODBC connection to an AR System database (Remedy).

I've set the system DSN on the crystal server, and it remembers the username & password.

Whenever I run my imported Remedy reports, I'm always asked for the login credentials before it will run.

Is there a way to force the report to use the DSN login creds, and thus not have my users have to enter them?

Hi,
 
Go to the report in Crystal Server then Select the report then Select Process Tab,then Select Database Tab the scroll down
 
and select this option in When Viewing report
 
Use same database logon as when report is run
 
Then click update
