i want to create SQL command in the crystal report but once i logon to my database i could not find the "Add Commands opption" .....
how do i do that.....
i am using Crystal Report X1
please help me

Go to the Database Expert.  On the left hand side, find the database you've logged in to and you should see "Add Command" as the first entry under the database name.

Also, some databases don't allow you to add commands if you use their native database driver. But if you use an ODBC connection then they will let you. Of course, SQL Server allows this and you should see it where Deld mentions it. But if you have a less common database then you might not be able to do it.
