Hi,

Can we export 2 or 3 crystal reports to the same file.
Is there any option in crystal reports XI ?
Can it get appended one after another.
Is it possible with a text file...? Smile

tnx in advance...Big%20smile

The simple answer is No.  Reports will always overwrite an existing file of the same name when you export them.

You can 'trick' Crystal into printing multiple reports by putting those reports into a main report and make them sub-reports. Then they will all print out as if they were on one report.

Oh wait a minute. I just re-read your question and Dell's answer. I thought you were talking about exporting different reports. I missed that you want to export the same report to different names without overwriting the original. Dell is right, this can't be done. Sorry.

oh, well that sounds different from your original post. Subreports will work to combine multiple reports into one. No macros that I know of. Lots of third-party tools on the market you can research (I haven't used any myself)
