Hi There,

I am trying to create a Pivot Table in a Crystal Reports within Visual Studio.Net 2005.  The data is from an Access 2003 database.

There are 4 tables in the database:  Age, Gender, Clinic and Details.
The Details table has feilds to link it to each of the other tables.

Age has entries for Under 2, 2-5, 5-18, 19-64, Over 65
Gender has entries for Male, Female

I want to create a Pivot Table that gives a count of the ages to gender for each clinic.  I have done this, no problem, but if there are not any entries for an age group, or gender then that entry is not displayed on the Pivot Table.  I need to display all ages, and genders even if they don't have any values in the details table.

How is this done?

Thanks,

Pooja
