Hi everyone,

I'm using VB6 Crystal Report 8.5 and I need to get the total pages generated in a report and put this value in a field of my database.

I have my connection to my database but I don't know how to get the value of total of pages.

My libraries are:

-Crystal Report Viewer Control
-Crystal Report 8.5 Control ActiveX Designer Runtime Library
-Crystal Report 8.5 Control ActiveX Designer Desing and Runtime Library

Thanks in advanced!

I don't think that this is possible. CR is not too helpful that way. You can set certain values, but reading them is pretty spartan. You would have to calculate the number of pages used...and it would probably be a guess, though you can probably get pretty close.

Also, the SDK for VB6 and Crystal 8.5 are very old and no longer supported. So, long term you will need to consider upgrading your application to .NET with the Crystal for Visual Studio .NET SDK and upgrading Crystal to the latest version (currently Crystal 2013).
