Hi All,

I have a report which uses Databases as well as an Excel spreadsheet, setup as 'Access/Excel (DAO)', which works great when viewing/refreshing the report through the Crystal Reports application.

As I have done with numerous other reports I would now like to publish this report on the Central Management Console (CMC) to allow automation/users to view the report online.

When trying to do this I am being asked for a username/password of the Excel file, which does not exist.

I've searched online quite a lot for a solution and there are references to a UNC path and a username/password for a service account but I'm not 100% sure what the correct steps to make this work are.

Any help would be appreciated.
