How do I set a conditional formula for "New Page After N Visable Records? I would like to have different limits based on the page number. My report is a letter listing payments to a participant. Because of the text of the letter the number of visable records is limited on the first page, but this limit carries over to the second and subsequent pages. I would like for the N limit to only apply to page 1, but entering the formula page=1 or If page =1 then true else false causes an error stating "A constant expression is required here."

you should be using "Page Number", which is a special Crystal field.

I tried using the Print State Function "PageNumber" but it highlights it and says "A constant expression is required here."
