I am having an issue with boxes and text boxes not maintaining their formatting when I export a report from crystal to a word doc or PDF. Even if we use the RTF that maintains formatting, the boxes shift ever so slightly forcing me to manually edit all boxes. In some cases I am even having the images in the report are no longer contained with the boxes and expand out side of these.
I have looked on line for help to no avail. Anyone else having the same issue? My boss is at her wits end as to why this is happening. I am using Crystal reports IX. Thanks for any suggestions on how to prevent this.
