I am working on a mailing label where business wants to use incomplete mailing labels.  However, I could not perform any Union blank label tricks because I am retrieving data from Salesforce.com which doesn't support Union command.

 

I thought of having Salesforce.com to prepare the data with blank records but that is my last resort.

 

I also thought of downloading the data and modifying the data array in Crystal Reports but I don't know how to do that.

 

I wonder any of you encounter similar situation and can you let me know how to do that in Crystal Reports 2008?
